Nazanin Rajabdoust, (b. 1978, Tehran, Iran) studied at the Molavi Conservatory and Soureh Art University in Tehran.
Through her Food series, Rajabdoust explores the aesthetics of food, its symbolism and cultural significance while probing the multi-layered emotional response to food. Her practice involves a meditative contemplation on the food we eat every day.
She has exhibited in Portugal, The Netherlands, India, Switzerland and Iran.
