Sébastien Arcouet

Biography

Sébastien Arcouet (b.1976), was born and raised in the South-West of France before becoming an adopted son of Marseille, paints what he sees and not what he imagines, with his sensibility, his interpretation and his distinctive palette of vivid tones.

The power of nature, in the countryside as well as in the city, is his inspiration.

That is the intention he expresses through his art, with a dynamic gesture as if he was taking notes, inviting the observer to escape on a unique pictorial journey.

His work comes in different techniques and formats: gouaches on kraft paper, acrylic paint on canvas frames, limited and signed art editions.
